Erica is the founder and owner of The Co. A small women owned company, based in Hoboken, NJ and believes it takes more than just good design to turn a house into a home.

What started way back as wanting to “marry an architect” and the realization that “if you like something, then go do it” launched her into her design career!

She holds her BFA in Interior Design from George Washington University, and her Masters of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
